Qualifications
Craig Kinney opened Kinney AIA in San Angelo in 1999. Prior to this, he worked with design firms in San Angelo, Houston, Washington D.C., and New York City and ran his own firm in Houston, Texas. He leads the design on every project in the firm and has twenty five years experience in Architecture and Design. Mr. Kinney is the Past President of the West Texas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Education
Mr. Kinney received his Bachelors degree in English Literature from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Craig Kinney has experience in varied building types, working on projects throughout the nation. Qualifications
Kye B. Franke joined Kinney Architects AIA in 2001w with over twenty years of experience in transforming design ideas into effective buildings. He has extensive experience in building systems technology. His responsibilities include Contract Documents, CAD Management, and Project Management. Prior to working with Kinney Architects AIA, he was with Chakos Zentner Marcum
Architects in San Angelo, Texas.
Education
Mr. Franke received an Associate Degree in Drafting Design from
Texas State College in 1983. He received his license to practice architecture in 2004.
Relevant Project Experience
Mr. Franke has experience in a wide variety of building types including civic, hospital, mental health, correctional, educational, religious, residential and banking facilities. He completed Construction Documents for the renovation of United Methodist Church, Myers Drug, MHMR, Holy Angels Church, YMCA, and numerous projects at Angelo State University, among others.
